Q. I won a bid. Where and when can I pick up my item(s)?
A. All items won (bids won) on our online auctions must be paid for and picked up within 7 Days of the end of the auction. ( see Terms and Conditions) We appreciate it if you can pay for it at the end of the auction and then pick up asap on our next open business day. When you pay it generates a receipt to your email that you can show to pick up as well. We are located at 425 N. Genesee ST, Davison, Mi 48423 and we are open MON & WED 10-3 and TUES & THURS 12-5. 810-653-7711
Q.- How do I pay for my Items?
A. You can pay by credit card through “my Account” (/ auctions / bids won)

It will show you all the bids with a “pay” button next to the ones you owe for or if you have more than one item scroll down and it will give you the option to pay for all your items at once. click that and it will take you to the check out.
Q. What is the easiest way to manage all my bids?
A. Go to My Account and click Auctions ( https://outreacheast.shop/my-account/uwa-auctions/ ) then across the top of the section it has bids active, bids won, bids lost , watch list clicking on any of those sections tells the most current information. Clicking on the item takes you to that item to bid more or view.
Q. What happened to the cash at pick up option at check out?
A . If you would like to pay by cash or check at the time you pick up your winning item you may do so, and a manual invoice will be created at that time. We have removed it for now to reduce confusion.
Q. Why am I not getting any email notifications?
A. Check you “spam or Junk Folder” in your email. Please add orders@outreacheast.shop to your contact list to avoid that.
Q. I have a different question – How do I get help?
A Go to “Contact Us” ( https://outreacheast.shop/contact-us/ ) and send us a question or issue and we will respond and may even post your questions here to help for others.
Q. Do you share/ sell my information?
A. Absolutely not! Your privacy is VERY important to us. We do not sell or share your info with anyone except to complete the transactions (CC etc).and to notify, through our mailing Mail Poet email system, you of information from Outreacheast.Shop and OutreachEast.org. See privacy policies.
Q. Is winning the bid a form of contract to buy?
A. Yes, please see our terms and conditions.
Tips
Tip # 1 – To pay for multiple items click on bids won- check out the scroll to the bottom of the section and click on pay for all items instead of each one.
Tip # 2 : The Auction Pages now have page numbers at the bottom and shows about 10 items per page and usually 8-10 pages of the current auction items. Don’t miss out and make sure you view all the pages. It should speed up the page loading and make it easier as our auctions grow. Add items to your “watch List “ and you can view how the bidding is going on your items without having to go back through all the pages.
